Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival Weekends, Aug 24-Sept 29, 2013, 10:30am-6:30pm West Newton, Westmoreland County
King Henry, by royal decree, has ordered that there be a Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival. The location will remain at Morelandshire, but his Majesty has ordered that many changes be made. You’ll enter the kingdom through a new castle front gate. The realm shall be filled with more music, new entertainment and a variety of lively street characters.
Jousters will compete in the Jousting Arena, while the smallest of the kingdom can enjoy their time in the Children's Realm. There will be improved food areas with additional seating, a Pirate’s Pub and a New upscale Crafts Marketplace.
Labor Day Weekend is CHILDREN'S WEEKEND, when children 12 and under experience the Festival for free with a paying adult. Special activities including the Prince, Princess and Pirate Costume Contest, the Royal Quest, knighting ceremonies and photos with the King and Queen. Enjoy medieval rides and games of skill!
Join in the merriment! Attend the 2013 Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival. It’s Affordable Fun For Everyone!
Tickets will go on sale online the first week of August.
