Canal Days June 24, 2012 9AM to 4PM Schuylkill Canal Park, Montgomery County
Much more than the opening and closing of the locks at this Canal Day. A full day of family fun for visitors of all ages! Activities include a 5.5 mile trail run, water sports & competitions, music, FREE kids crafts and games, junior angler fishing derby, business expo, craft and flea market, boat demos, and lots of food. The Locktender's House is open all day as various street performers of 19th & early 20th century theatre entertain guests throughout the grounds.
$5 donation per person; children 12 and under are free.
