ArtsFest wouldn't be complete without KIDSFEST, hosted by Popcorn Hat Players. And you know if Popcorn Hat Players is there, it means fun for the whole family! This year you'll find Face Painting, Free Crafts, Baby Dragons, Free Magic Shows, Free Performances, and ceramic painting! The festival is not just for children - it's for anyone young at heart.
