SCAY Aqualions Swim Team                                  State College, Centre County

The SCAY Aqualions is a year-round competitive swim team with a coaching approach that is technique based and progressive to accommodate swimmers as they get older and faster. SCAY coaches are certified in all required safety courses and coach using current technique and endurance approaches that allow swimmers to reach individual goals as well as understand the importance of being part of a team. The Aqualions are affi liated with both YMCA national and USA Swimming organizations which allows SCAY to participate in YMCA and USA Swimming meets. SCAY is a member of the Keystone YMCA Swim League (KYSL) which offers dual and championship meets. As a member of Pennsylvania swimming, Aqualions compete in the PA West District Championships and the PA east-West State Championships. Aqualions also participate in YMCA and USA national Championships when qualified. The SCAY Swim team also holds numerous fun- and team-oriented activities throughout the year.

Stingrays Swim Team                 Season runs from Oct. thru April                     Bellefonte, Centre County

Kids ages 5 and up are invited to join the Bellefonte Family YMCA Stingrays swim team.  You will compete against swimmers from other YMCAs in Central PA.  Swimmers must be full-season YMCA members.  Season runs from October until April.  Times and prices vary by practice group; contact head coach Jim Merinar for group placement.
