Arteca's Martial Arts & Fitness offers traditional martial arts training (specifically, Tang Soo Do) in a family atmosphere. Â There are classes for all ages. Â The "Little Dragons" program is for younger children who may not be ready for the vigorous nature of the Youth program. Central PA Mixed Martial Arts (CPAMMA) offers martial arts training to kids ages 3 and up. Â They specialize in strengthening students self-confidence, discipline, focus, leadership skills, respect for others, perseverance and integrity, all while giving them an activity which will physically challenge their bodies and mentally stimulate their minds.
Mighty Mites classes (Ages 3-5) are taught on Saturdays at noon. Â Youth Martial Arts (ages 5-12) classes are taught Mondays thru Thursdays; schedule is dependent on student's level.
