Let’s celebrate The New Westmoreland with entertainment by marching band Colonel Eagleburger’s Highstepping Goodtime Band in addition to Greensburg’s own theatrical troupe Stage Right! Join Pittsburgh artists and puppeteers Tom Sarver & Mike Curraro for a line up of puppet shows and puppet making activities based on artworks in the Museum’s collection. Children and adults can join in the shows, build their own puppets at the activity tables, and participate in a puppet pageant around the Museum grounds.

Join Carnegie Science Center in Science After Dark, an Astronomical Adventure. Explore the night sky in the Buhl Planetarium and visit SpacePlace to experience what it would be like to be an astronaut. Design a space rover and then put it to the test. Help a forgetful astronaut find personal belongings in our "Lost in Space" scavenger hunt. You might get to snooze next to R2-D2 or catch some Z's near a space station. This is one spectacular, starry night!
